OUR STORY

Meet Mae's Townhouse

The Townhouse, founded in 1962 by Betty Haws Lebline, has been a beloved gathering place for over 60 years. During in which time she was going to have to close the restaurant when 12 regulars decided to pitch in and buy the place to keep the doors open. In 1996, Connie Stockhover took over the reins, infusing the Townhouse with new energy and warmth. The legacy continued when Val and Karen Hollowell became the proud owners, carrying on the traditions that have made The Townhouse a special place. Sadly, in early 2024, the Townhouse appeared to close its doors, leaving behind decades of memories and shared moments. Fortunately, late fall of the same year, Seth and Tonya Pacey decided to take on the project to get the Seymour staple reopened while still keeping Betty's vision alive!
